The Contractors' Registry does not endorse or recommend the services of any particular contractor. It is entirely up to you to enter into a direct contract or otherwise reach agreement with a contractor, and we do not guarantee or warrant their performance on the job or the outcome or quality of the services performed.

The contractors listed in The Contractors' Registry are not employees or agents of The Contractors' Registry, nor is The Contractors' Registry an agent of the contractors. The Contractors' Registry does not perform, and is not responsible for, any of the services requested by you in your Registry search.

When you enter into a contract with any contractor, your rights are governed by the terms of that contract and by applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws. Should you have a dispute with any contractor, you must address the dispute with the contractor, or the contractor’s representatives directly.
